Here in good ol Baltimore people go thrift stores to find quality like new items for their families. I go for the fun vintage goodies, and there is plenty. I bought this funky metal canister and thought it looked great next to my kitchen aid mixer ( every Jewish Mother must have). I thought i'd post this because it just makes me happy to look at!

That reminds me of an old fashioned coffee container I once scored for a friend. He punched some drainage holes and used it to plant herbs in his kitchen.
It makes me smile to see it too! I love, love, love vintage/thrift store finds- more so then any other kind of shopping! I'm a bbc momma too and thought I'd come over to visit !
