Please note a few things..
1. this is for a mini bags you can adjust to any size you like
2. In picture 4 you do not need to sew the whole thing just fold the fabric over and sew the 2 sides ( so easy )
4. I choose no to finish the edges but you can if you want.
5. Last step, not pictured, is to turn the whole thing right side in, the ribbon will be on the inside and you can leave it tucked or pull out to make a cute bow
