About Me
We are a Jewish Lubavitch family living in Baltimore , Md.
I was born in the Arizona desert on 20 acres of our own land. I rarely wore shoes and spent my days exploring the land with my brothers.
I grew up and met my husband at the University of Arizona. We were an unlikely match. Me the art student him the computer science guy, but i spotted his lone yarmulka amongst all the bare heads and some how our worlds united.
We have three beautiful children the oldest is Melech, than Dovie , and our newest addition is our baby Rozie who also has Down syndrome. Her diagnosis was a ride we never thought we wanted to get on , but now that we are on it we don't want off. We are screaming and laughing with our hands in the air the entire time.
Shortly after Rozie was born i received my diagnosis that rocked my world and i soon learned i was going to be raising three kids, one with special needs , and riding the Cancer train you can read more here. This was a ride i was not so interested in being on and i have often begged, prayed , and pleaded to get off. Hashem answered my prayers, read more here.
I find inspiration for this blog in all the everyday things in life. Simple things like coffee cups, and scalloped edges. I don't considered myself a writer and honestly never enjoyed it, but one day i bought a used camera from a friend and the words and pictures started flowing.
I hope you will also enjoy this roller coaster ride i call my life and please feel free to email me anytime myshtub@gmail.com
